


Rima Halabi is a talented lawyer developing a broad practice in business law. Her work encompasses general corporate transactions, corporate and commercial matters, and mergers and acquisitions.
During law school, Rima was president of the Osgoode Society for Corporate Governance. She also worked with high school students as a volunteer with Law in Action Within Schools (LAWS) and volunteered as a caseworker with Pro Bono Students Canada. Before graduating, Rima published a paper on the topic of gender diversity in the boardroom.
Active in the legal community, Rima serves as a mentor with the University of Western Ontario.
