Sareena is a paralegal in the firm’s Financial Services Group. She assists the firm’s Financial Services Group lawyers and other firm members in diverse areas of banking and secured transactional work. Her responsibilities include attending to PPSA registrations, assisting in preparation of related financial services documentation, obtaining and analyzing due diligence searches in Alberta and other provinces for lawyers and other firm members.
Sareena also assists the Collections Department with preparing vetting reports, drafting demand letters and assisting with security enforcements, receiverships, bankruptcies, and liquidations in Restructuring and Insolvency.
