Stephanie C. Maynard-Dickenson is a senior law clerk in the firm’s Business Law Group and has been with the firm since 2018. With over 32 years of tax and corporate law experience, Stephanie regularly assists with tax-driven corporate reorganizations and complex commercial transactions. Stephanie also assists the firm’s lawyers and other firm members with general corporate matters such as incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions, formation and dissolution of general and limited partnerships, continuances to domestic and foreign jurisdictions, drafting routine and complex share provisions and due diligence reviews. Stephanie mentors the clerks in the Toronto Corporate Services Department and is involved in updating the firm’s precedent database.
