Venice has been with the firm since 1997 and is a paralegal of the Capital Markets and M&A Group. She works on various types of securities matters including initial public offerings, listing of resources companies and capital pool companies on the TSX Venture Exchange, qualifying transactions and private placements.
Venice has completed the Legal Assistant Certificate Program from Vancouver Community College and is an associate member of the Chartered Secretaries Canada, the Canadian Division of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
