Ximena Pinilla is an Associate in the Commercial Real Estate practice at McMillan.
In addition to her experience in residential and commercial real estate, Ximena has provided counsel on provincial business incorporation, private lending, corporate reorganization and general corporate and commercial law deals.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, she has extensive experience preparing lending deals for private creditors, negotiating, and drafting private purchase and sale Real Estate agreements.
Ximena has an LLM in International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, and a bachelor of law from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Colombia, where she also obtained certificates in Private Law, Criminal and Social Law, Public Law and Labour Law.
