Syndicate led by National Bank supports bought deal announced by Park Lawn

On November 21, 2016, Park Lawn Corporation completed a $46 million bought deal offering of common shares.

McMillan LLP acted as counsel to the syndicate of underwriters led by National Bank Financial Inc. The McMillan team included Georges Dubé, Adam Kline, Carl Irvine, Allison Vale, Valenteena Suvaminathan and Josh Freedman.
