Wind Mobile secures senior debt facility with Canadian banks syndicate to build out LTE network

On December 10, 2015, Canadian wireless telecommunications provider Wind Mobile Corporation (Wind Mobile) acquired $425 million secured working capital and Capex financing with TD, BMO and CIBC as co-arrangers and a syndicate of lenders.

Wind Mobile was represented on the transaction by McMillan with a team comprised Jeff Rogers, Sean Brandreth, Anna Ly and Paula Bokser with assistance from Rob Scavone, Jill Perreira, Kevin Plowman, Sharon Groom, Todd Miller, Megan Singleton, Michel Ranger, Robert Antenore, Andy Kent and Charles Chevrette. The deal team was supported by law clerks Alice Chang and Diana Petrenko, and articling student Allison Vale.
