Adam Chisholm is a skilled litigator in the firm’s Toronto office, with expertise in administrative law, privacy and data protection law and intellectual property law including trademark litigation. An accomplished securities litigator, Adam represents clients in contested transactions, investigations and enforcement proceedings before the Ontario Securities Commission. He represents clients in multi-jurisdictional matters, involving Canadian provinces and beyond Canada’s boarders.
Jeffrey Levine is an experienced litigator in the firm’s Toronto office, with a corporate commercial practice.
He assists in the resolution of commercial disputes relating to bankruptcy, director and officer obligations and banking and finance. Known for his particular expertise in resolving matters relating to insolvency or corporate restructuring. Jeffrey has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, and regularly argues cases before judges of the Toronto Commercial List.
