Ryan is developing a growing litigation practice focused on commercial litigation and dispute resolution. His practice involves a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

Ryan joined McMillan as an associate after completing his articles with the firm. During his legal studies, Ryan acted as an extern at the Legal Help Centre of Manitoba and advised business start-ups and not-for-profit organizations with the L. Kerry Vickar Business Law Clinic. He was also the Managing Editor for Desautels Review of Private Enterprise and Law, an emerging, peer-reviewed journal focusing on law, business and humanities.
