Greenlane Renewables completes $8.4 million offering

McMillan acted as counsel to Greenlane Renewables in connection with a short form prospectus offering qualifying the issuance of common shares and warrants pursuant to the conversion of special warrants. The special warrants were issued in connection with a brokered financing of subscription receipts for gross aggregate proceeds of $8,393,045. The brokered financing was completed in connection with Greenlane Renewables’ (formerly Creation Capital Corp.) qualifying transaction.
