Underwriters syndicate finance NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT

On July 25, 2016, NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT completed a $66.49 million offering of trust units and a $74.75 million offering of convertible debentures. McMillan LLP acted as counsel to the syndicate of underwriters co-led by RBC Capital Markets, BMO Capital Markets and National Bank Financial. The McMillan team included Georges Dubé, Adam Kline, Carl Irvine, Money Khoromi, Vlad Duta, Marina Tran and Herb Ono.
