Brent is an associate in the firm’s Financial Services and Restructuring Group. He is developing a broad practice in all areas of commercial finance, including commercial debt financing, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, project financing, and secured transactions. Brent joined McMillan as a summer student in 2016 and completed his articles with the firm in 2018.

Brent received his Juris Doctor from Western University, Faculty of Law. During law school, Brent was an associate caseworker at Community Legal Services, and completed legal internships with Force India Formula 1 Racing in Silverstone, UK, and the Dispute Resolution Clinic at Western Law. Prior to law school, Brent graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.
