Julie is a partner and a member of McMillan's Financial Services Group. Her practice focuses on all types of syndicated and complex bilateral financing transactions and she represents both borrowers and lenders on transactions involving commercial debt financing, acquisition financing, secured lending and project financing.

In addition, Julie has extensive experience in advising both private sector partners and finance parties on PPP projects and has been involved in some of McMillan's most significant PPP engagements, including the closing of the Champlain Bridge Project in Quebec, the Highway 407 Phase 2 Project in Ontario, the Emily Carr University of Art + Design Project in British Columbia and the Saskatoon Civic Operations Centre Project in Saskatchewan, the first PPP project procured by the City of Saskatoon.
