The GO Rail Expansion – On Corridor Project was awarded Lexpert’s Infrastructure & Projects Deal of the Year Award at the Canadian Law Awards. McMillan, who represented Deutsche Bahn International Operations GmbH and Aecon Group Inc. on this landmark project, is thrilled to accept this award and to extend our congratulations to our clients, their partners and the other law firms who worked on this project.

Infrastructure Deal of the Year: GO Rail Expansion – On Corridor Project – McMillan acted as counsel to the O/M Services Provider, ultimately controlled and owned by Deutsche Bahn International Operations GmbH and Aecon Group Inc. The project represents the largest and most ambitious infrastructure project undertaken by the Government of Ontario and includes the design, build, integration, maintenance, rehabilitation and renewal of the railway corridor and the provision of rolling stock.
